If there is a national holiday coming up, it’s a good idea to consider if Fellow is open to receive a sample or not, before you start planning to collect your sample.

Should you be aiming to produce a sample around the time of a national, federal holiday, Fellow recommends waiting (if at all possible) until after the holiday has passed.

A general rule of thumb is that if UPS is delivering on a holiday, Fellow’s lab will be open to receive kits. For specific holidays, feel free to reach out to our Customer Success Team, by logging into your Fellow portal and starting a chat with us!
