Do I need to wait the full 12 weeks before doing my Vasectomy Test, if I’ve already ejaculated more than 20 times?
Do I need to wait the full 12 weeks before doing my Vasectomy Test, if I’ve already ejaculated more than 20 times?

12 weeks, ejaculated more than 20 times, can I submit it now, should I still wait 12 weeks even if I’ve already completed 20 ejaculations?

Great question!

The short answer is, most likely yes; however, it depends on what was recommended by your doctor/clinic.

From Fellow

We follow the directive of what most physicians recommend when it comes to testing after a vasectomy, which is around 12 weeks after your vasectomy procedure took place (and at least 20 ejaculations during this time period). This is still recommended, even if you've ejaculated over 20 times before the 12 week time period has passed.

Did your doctor recommend something else?

Some physicians instruct their patients to test on different schedules than this however. If that is the case for you, we encourage you to follow your physician's instructions above our own suggestions always.
