When you're storing a sample for the long-run, you want to be sure that you won't run into any obstacles down the road. Stay prepared by knowing when and how your storage payments will renew, as well as what to do if things change on your end!

👉 Does my cryopreservation subscription auto-renew? How much is the renewal?

Yes, your subscription should auto-renew every year utilizing the card we have on file. This will be a fee of $140 for the year of storage

👉 When will my cryopreservation subscription renew?

Your renewal date will be on or around the same date the sample was first initially frozen. (Example: If your sample was frozen on July 1st, 2023, your subscription renewal date will be on or around July 1st of every year thereafter.) This date can be found in your Fellow Account Portal within your Semen Analysis results report.

You should also receive notification upon 30 days of the upcoming subscription auto-renewal in case you need to make any changes or need to reach out to our Customer Success team.

👉 How do I update my credit card or payment method for my subscription?

If you have a card that needs to be updated, added, or was compromised or expired, please utilize our live support feature by logging into your Fellow Account Portal by going HERE. Within this chat you may create a ticket with our team to update your default payment method.

👉 I want to cancel my subscription, how do I do that?

If you are looking to cancel your cryopreservation storage, please utilize our live support feature by logging into your Fellow Account Portal by going HERE. From here you can utilize our live chat feature to create a ticket with our team to assist in canceling your subscription.

👉 Are cryopreservation subscriptions refundable?

Cryopreservation storage fees are non-refundable after 5 business days.

👉 My subscription is past due, what now?

In the event that Fellow receives no response to this past due contact and/or no payment of storage fees within 90 days, Fellow shall send a letter to your last known address, requesting renewal instructions and warning that Fellow may discard your samples if you do not contact Fellow and pay your storage fees within 90 days of the date of the letter. In the event that Fellow receives no response and/or no payment to this letter within 90 days from the date of said mailing, Fellow shall consider your sample(s) to be “abandoned” and reserves the right to discontinue storage, and this Agreement shall terminate.
