Any time you receive a lab test, a licensed physician must authorize the order, similar to how a prescription requires a doctor’s approval.

To make this process as seamless as possible for you and your healthcare provider, we work with Dr. Michael J Bauer as our Fellow Physician of Record who is available to authorize your use of our tests without requiring your provider to complete additional paperwork. If you also selected your own provider when activating or registering your kit, their name would be listed as the Associated Provider on your lab report.
