Beyond virtual security, we understand that everyone's personal comfort levels around fertility testing will vary.

Your semen analysis kit will arrive in a plain, unbranded cardboard shipping box. Nobody looking at it will know what’s inside, unless they closely inspect the return address on the shipping label and have used Fellow themselves in the past.

The return shipping box is discreet as well, with no mention of semen analysis or vasectomy on the outside, so you can feel comfortable dropping it off at UPS. We are required to mark the package as containing a 'Biological Substance' once a sample has been collected and is being returned, but there is no outward indication of what the specific contents are.

Upon its arrival, our lab staff will process your sample using barcode numbers and other information that does not identify you personally. Our lab also destroys and disposes of your sample as biomedical waste after processing it (unless you have explicitly consented to cryopreservation), so you can rest assured that it will not be sold, saved, or used in any other manner without your knowledge.

Finally, your results are stored and delivered to you via our secure user portal. If you received your test through a clinic, your physician's office will have secure access to your results through their own clinic portal as well.
