If you are planning on sending back your sample around Christmas or New Year's, keep reading to determine when you should (and should not!) plan to ship your kit.

Please do not produce your sample or return your kit on Thursday, December 25th or Thursday, January 1st as UPS is closed on those days.

Please do not produce your sample or return your kit starting Tuesday, December 23rd through Sunday, January 4th. Kits shipped on those days may reach us while our lab is closed for the holidays or weekends, and your sample will be rejected.
