Let us start off by saying, we're sorry to hear that there may be an issue with your Fellow kit order 😞. Let us make it right!


Requesting Support for Your Order

To ensure we are able to provide you with optimal (and speedy!) support, we now have a way for you to submit tickets directly to our Customer Success team.

Once a ticket is submitted, a member of our team will take a deeper look into your support request and follow up with the best next steps to resolve. To start your ticket request, please follow the steps below! πŸ‘‡

Submitting a Ticket:

  1. Log into your Fellow portal and click on the golden chat bubble located at the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.

    1. We may ask you to provide some information at first, we can best address your support request.

  2. Select an option from the Ticket Menu, that best matches your request.

    1. For help with your order, you'll likely want to select "Order Support"!

  3. Fill out and submit your ticket.

  4. You're done!

After we've reviewed your ticket, a member of our Customer Success team will be in touch within 2 business days, if not earlier.

You can find updates on the status of your ticket in the chat directly, and these will also be shared with you automatically via email!
