When you're storing a sample for the long-run, you want to be sure that you won't run into any obstacles down the road. Stay prepared by knowing when and how your storage payments will renew, as well as what to do if things change on your end!

👉 When will my cryopreservation subscription renew?
Your renewal date will be on or around the same date the sample was first initially frozen (example: If your sample was frozen on July 1st, 2023, your subscription renewal date will be on or around July 1st of every year thereafter.) This renewal date can be found by looking at the reporting date of your results report.
You should also receive a notification upon 30 days of the upcoming subscription auto-renewal in case you need to make any changes or need to reach out to our Customer Success team.
👉 How do I update my information tied to my cryopreservation subscription?
If you need to update your payment method, address, or review payment history, you can do so by logging into the Stripe Customer Dashboard. Please be sure to enter the same email used to register your kit/create your Fellow account.

👉 I want to cancel my subscription, how do I do that?
If you are looking to cancel your cryopreservation storage, please reach out to our support team and let us know. We can help you with next steps on canceling your active cryopreservation subscription.
👉 Are cryopreservation subscriptions refundable?
Cryopreservation storage fees are non-refundable after 5 business days.
