Currently, Fellow is available within most of the United States, the exceptions being AK, HI, and NY. It is also important to note that we cannot ship to PO boxes.
We are unable to serve international customers at this time, but we hope to be able to do so in the future!
New York
As of July 30th, 2025, Fellow has been approved to provide our Post Vasectomy Semen Analysis kits to the state of New York!
At this time, we can only ship kits for and receive samples from Post Vasectomy Semen Analysis tests within New York. We cannot provide services for our Full Semen Analysis kits just yet.
Fellow is still in the process of applying for test approval for our Full Semen Analysis kits with the New York State Department of Health; however, until we're approved with the state, we cannot make exceptions to send kits for or receive samples from Full Semen Analysis tests within this state (this is a New York regulation that we must follow).
NOTE - If you are able to receive your kit outside of NY state and you can drop it back off at a UPS Store that is also not in the state of NY, we can still accept it.
Alaska & Hawaii
Due to the time-sensitive nature of our kits, we are usually not able to receive kits back from these states in time for them to be analyzed. If you happen to live near an area with a UPS Store (not a drop-off or Access Point) that can accommodate Next Day Air deliveries, we may be able to receive your kit in time though.
