Where is Fellow available?

Fellow is available within most of the United States, with exceptions being Hawaii, limitations on New York, and limited availability in Alaska.

Post Vasectomy Kits:

Fellow's Post Vasectomy kits are currently available to order in the state of New York.

Semen Analysis Kits:
Fellow Semen Analysis kits are coming to New York and have received conditional approval as of June 2026!

We're currently completing the final steps of our New York launch before we begin accepting orders. We anticipate New York availability within the upcoming weeks, though timing is subject to completion of our rollout. Stay tuned!

NOTE - In the meantime, if you are able to receive your Semen Analysis kit outside of NY state and you can drop it back off at a UPS Store that is also not in the state of NY, we can still accept it.

Fellow is now available in Alaska for customers receiving their kit through a Fellow-partnered clinic. Direct-to-consumer (D2C) orders are not available in Alaska — you must be working with a Fellow-partnered clinic to receive a kit in Alaska.

​Vasectomy kits can be shipped to any address in Alaska where UPS 2nd Day Air delivery is available.

​Full Semen Analysis kits are only available to customers in the Anchorage area, as samples must be shipped back to our lab via a UPS location within the Anchorage area.

We are unable to serve international customers at this time, but we hope to be able to do so in the future.
