Managing your payment details for your cryopreservation storage subscription just got easier!
To begin, click this link to be taken to the Stripe customer portal log in page.
Once there, simply enter the same email address that you used when registering your sample. In the event that you used a different email address when registering than you did when purchasing your kit, use the email address that your purchase was made under instead.
After your email address has been confirmed to match an existing customer account, Stripe will send you a link that can be used to access your Stripe customer portal. There you can add or update payment method(s), update your address, and see your Stripe invoice history.
