Follow the steps below carefully to collect your sample and return your kit. If you prefer, you can also download a copy of your kit instructions using the link at the bottom of this page.

Before you begin
Abstain from ejaculation for at least 2 days, but no more than 5 days before collecting.
Register your kit at meetfellow.com/start before or immediately after collection — if you don't register, we can't provide your results.
Plan to collect your sample in the afternoon, as close as possible to when you'll drop off your kit at a UPS Store.
Only collect and ship Monday through Thursday. Kits shipped Friday–Sunday will not arrive at the lab in time for analysis.
Ship from a UPS Store only — not a UPS Drop Box or Access Point.
Collection steps
Wash your hands thoroughly before handling any kit components.
Open your collection cup and preservation solution vial and set them within reach.
Collect your sample via masturbation only — no lubricants, saliva, or lotion. Capture the entire ejaculate directly into the collection cup. If any sample is missed, visit you.meetfellow.com to let our team know before shipping.
Immediately after collection, pour the entire preservation solution vial into the collection cup.
Seal the collection cup tightly.
Fill out the label on the collection cup with your legal name — this must match the name used during kit registration.
Place the sealed collection cup into the biohazard bag along with the absorbent sheet, then seal the bag.
Place only the sealed biohazard bag back into the kit box. Close the top flap and seal it with the included clear sticker.
Take your sealed kit box to a UPS Store before their overnight shipping cutoff. The prepaid UPS Next Day Air return label is pre-affixed to the bottom of your kit box — no extra postage needed.
📋 Your instruction booklet includes a space to record your specimen barcode ID — we strongly recommend writing it down for future reference.
Returning your kit
Your kit box has a prepaid UPS Next Day Air return label affixed to the bottom. Take the sealed kit box (not the brown outer shipping box it arrived in) directly to a UPS Store before their overnight cutoff.
⚠️ Do not ship on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Samples must reach our lab the next business day to be analyzed.
