Oops! I entered in the wrong information when registering my kit.

We've all been there! You answer all of the questions, dot your i's and cross your t's, hit Enter... and then you realize that you didn't quite get it right, or you're not exactly sure. That's why we're here β˜€οΈ

We would be happy to help you update your registration details before your results are released, to include any of the following:

  • Length of your abstinence period (Full Semen Analysis kits only)

  • Number of ejaculations since your vasectomy (Vasectomy kits only)

  • Correcting the spelling of the sample producer's or partner's name

  • Adding a partner to your registration

  • Adding/correcting the DOB for the sample producer or a partner

  • Updating the email address for the sample producer or a partner

  • Updating your shipping address

  • Updating your phone number

  • Correcting your vasectomy (or vasectomy reversal) procedure date

To provide corrected information, please complete the steps below πŸ‘‡

2. Click on the golden chat bubble located at the bottom right-hand corner of your screen

3. On the Home tab, see the "Create a ticket" section

4. Select the appropriate support ticket for your inquiry (Registration Support in this case!)

5. Fill out and submit your ticket.

6. You're done!

After we've reviewed your ticket, a member of our Customer Success team will be in touch within 2 business days, if not earlier. You can find updates on the status of your ticket in the chat directly, and these will also be shared with you automatically via email!
