We know this can be frustrating, especially when you've done everything right!

While it would be ideal for all Full Semen Analysis samples to arrive at our Lab on time the morning after they are collected, we are validated to provide accurate results up to 52 hours past sample collection. It is important to note that this means we need to have analyzed the sample within that time frame.

You may have received an email before 52 hours had passed letting you know that we received your sample, but this is not a guarantee that a sample will be analyzed in time. Our Lab team actively tries to identify and "save" these samples by running them quickly if at all possible, and we are often successful. Some samples unfortunately do not make it across the finish line in time however.

When this happens, you should receive an email explaining the reason your sample was rejected. The most common cause is due to a shipping delay, so you may also want to look into your return tracking details with UPS if you would like specific information about the delay itself. (We do not recommend calling UPS about this as they can often only view the same information you would find by looking up the tracking online yourself.)

In the same email notifying you about the rejection, you should also be asked to verify your shipping address through your Fellow portal. This is requested so we can send you a complimentary replacement kit. After completing this step, you can expect to receive an update from notifications@meetfellow.com with new tracking information within 1-2 business days.
