Fellow is an in-network semen analysis Provider for eligible Progyny and Maven members. While we cannot guarantee insurance coverage or reimbursement, we would be happy to provide you with a detailed receipt of your semen analysis test purchase for insurance or HSA/FSA reimbursement consideration.
If you do not have employer benefits through Progyny or Maven, or you choose not to use them, you may be able to use a CareCredit card when purchasing a new kit depending on the type of card that it is. We have had some customers share that they get an error when trying to check out with this type of card however. It would be best to reach out to your card provider directly to confirm what type of purchases it can be used for before going through checkout.
If you do receive an error and are unable to complete your purchase using your CareCredit card, you should checkout using a regular credit card instead if you want to move forward with placing your order.
